1) Sit in a comfortable spot in a cross-legged position.
2) Place your hands over your knees.
3) Inhale deeply for about 10 seconds through your nostrils.
4) Hold your breath for about 5 seconds.
5) Form your lips into an “O” shape.
6) Let out the air in your chest in short puffs like an owl when they hoot.
7) Repeat this exercise 2-3 times.

1) Sit down in a comfortable spot in a kneeling position.
2) Fold your upper body towards the floor.
3) Extend your arms above your head with your hands touching to make a point.
4) Inhale deeply for about 10 seconds through your nostrils.
5) Exhale through your nostrils with your mouth closed, and make a humming noise like a bumble bee while you exhale.
6) Repeat this exercise 2-3 times.

1) Place the palm of your hands flat on the floor.
2) Extend each foot back until your body is in a upside down “V” shape
3) Inhale deeply for about 15 seconds through your nostrils.
4) Hold your breath for about 5 seconds.
5) Exhale through your mouth while slowly lowering your body towards the floor until your back is in an arching position.
6) Repeat this exercise about 5 times.

Front image: 

1) Stand straight with your feet wide apart.
2) Clasp your hands together and raise your arms over your head.
3) Inhale deeply for about 15 seconds through your nostrils.
4) Exhale through your mouth while bending your back in a 90 degree angle and swinging your arms between your legs.
5) Repeat this exercise about 5 times.
