As dealer, with 13-15 HCP, having no five card or longer suit:
Bid the longer minor suit; with two four card minor suits, bid the higher ranking.
In playing the hand as declarer, you sometimes must be careful of the order in which you take your tricks:
in particular, you must play the high card(s) from the short side first. Example—

Declarer: A K 4
