B8 was nearby blocking A8 when the bouncing ball strikes the back of B8’s leg at the B15 and it is recovered by A3 at the B10 yard line. After the play B6 is upset as he saw no flag, so he grabbed the Umpire.

Immediately after the snap, Tackle A8 and Wing Back A4 illegally chop blocked B8 at the line of scrimmage.

The Team A coach challenges the play thinking A4 was tackled at the 50. Video evidence shows that A4’s knee was down when the ball was at the A48 yard line.

A2 reestablishes back inbounds at the A22 and A1 then throws a pass to A2, who catches the ball at the A30, scrambles and is tackled at the A28.
A 1-10-A43. This is New Low Block rule; otherwise not ICU as QB is out of pocket. A2 was forced out of bounds as the result of a foul and reestablished. He is now an eligible receiver.
Third-and-Eight on A12. QBA1 throws a screen pass to Back A2 at the A10. As A2 is advancing upfield near the numbers, tackle A5 blocks B3 from the front at the knees straight upfield in a North/South direction at the A20 yard line. A2 advances and is tackled at the A30.

Third-and-Five on B25. With 0:17 remaining in the game Team A trails 18-14 and has no timeouts remaining. Back A2 runs to the B20 where he is tackled inbounds. The kick rolls to the A48 yard line where it is recovered by B3 who then falls immediately to the ground giving himself up.

B2 muffs the ball into the air at the B42 and A8 contacts him at the B41 as he attempts to catch the ball. B2 then muffs the ball at the B40 to the B36 where B4 recovers the ball and runs for a touchdown.
